Our 6 individually decorated ensuite bedrooms are the perfect retreat whatever your reason for staying.  A perfect location for a getaway without being too far from civilisation, ideally located for exploring the beautiful Ribble Valley, Lancashire and West Yorkshire and in close proximity to many local wedding venues, whether you’re staying for business or pleasure a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast are assured.

Bed and breakfast costs just £65 per room per night, all year long. We don't have any formal Long Stay, or Dinner, Bed & Breakfast packages, but we are always happy to have a chat about these
