The Food

A superb menu, featuring many local rural specialities, is complimented by an ever-changing specials board. There is also a light bites menu for those hungry, in-between meal moments, or for those of an altogether healthier disposition.  Using local produce wherever possible, you can be assured of wholesome meals freshly prepared to order which leave you thoroughly satisfied!

We also have a children's menu and serve child size portions of our menu dishes where appropriate.  We are also sensitive to ensure there is a reasonable selection suitable for vegetarians.
Dining is available throughout the pub with two cosy side rooms which open out towards the main bar area, so you can enjoy your dining experience without sacrificing the atmosphere of this real country inn.

Food is served Monday to Friday Noon 'til 2.30pm and 6.00pm 'til 9.30pm. At weekends and Bank Holidays we stretch to serving food all day from Noon 'til 9.30pm or 9pm on Sunday’s.
